This Privacy Policy applies to the Snow Rider 3D mobile application (package / bundle ID com.appstation.snowrider) for iOS and Android (the "App"), published by AppStation Studio Pte. Ltd. ("we", "us", "our"). It explains what information the App collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By downloading or using the App you agree to this policy. This policy covers the App only; our website has a separate website privacy policy.
The App does not require you to create an account, and we do not ask for your name, email, address or payment card details. The App may collect the following:
The App is free and may be supported by in-app advertising delivered through third-party ad networks (for example Google AdMob). These networks and their partners may use device and advertising identifiers and usage data to select, deliver, cap and measure ads, and, where you consent, to personalise them. The App requests only the permissions it needs, primarily network access to load ads and send anonymous analytics. It does not require access to your contacts, photos, microphone, camera or precise location. Where the operating system asks for a permission, you can grant or deny it in your device settings.
Any purchases within the App are processed by Apple or Google through their in-app purchase systems. We receive confirmation that a purchase was made but do not receive or store your payment card details. Refunds and billing are handled by the respective app store.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers listed above so they can perform their functions, and we may disclose information if required by law, to respond to lawful requests, or to protect our rights, users or the public. Some providers operate outside your country; where data is transferred internationally we rely on the safeguards those providers put in place.
Analytics and advertising data are kept only as long as needed for the purposes above, then deleted or aggregated so they no longer identify a device. On-device game data remains until you delete the App or clear its data.
The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Where the App is made available through Apple's or Google Play's child-directed or families programs, advertising is served in a non-personalised, age-appropriate manner in line with those programs. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or California's CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct or delete the personal information associated with your device, to object to or restrict certain processing, to opt out of personalised advertising or the "sale/sharing" of personal information, and to complain to your data protection authority. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this policy as the App evolves or as laws change. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date below and, where appropriate, notify you in the App or on this page. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
